The Ministry of Development has put the draft National Strategy for Semiconductors and Microelectronics for 2026-2030 out for public consultation.[1]

Η διαβούλευση θα διαρκέσει έως την Πέμπτη 12 Νοεμβρίου 2026 και απευθύνεται σε επιχειρήσεις, παραγωγικούς φορείς, πανεπιστήμια, ερευνητικά κέντρα και επενδυτές.[2]

Σύμφωνα με το υπουργείο, η στρατηγική δίνει έμφαση στον σχεδιασμό μικροκυκλωμάτων, στη σύνδεση της έρευνας με την παραγωγή, στην ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων, στην αξιοποίηση νέων τεχνολογιών από τη βιομηχανία και στην προσέλκυση επενδύσεων.[2]

Η πρωτοβουλία έρχεται καθώς βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη η διαπραγμάτευση του νέου ευρωπαϊκού πλαισίου European Chips Act 2.0.[2]

Σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία που παρουσίασε ο υπουργός Ανάπτυξης Τάκης Θεοδωρικάκος, στην Ελλάδα δραστηριοποιούνται 35 επιχειρήσεις στον κλάδο, με περίπου 1.200 εξειδικευμένους εργαζομένους.[1]
