Η επιβάρυνση μιας βιοτεχνίας σε σχέση με μια κατοικία κυμαίνεται από 1,6 έως 7,3 φορές, σύμφωνα με την ανάλυση.[2]

Το ΒΕΑ ζητά αναμόρφωση του θεσμικού πλαισίου, όρια στις χρεώσεις και στις ετήσιες αυξήσεις και σταδιακή μετάβαση σε χρέωση με βάση τα πραγματικά απόβλητα.[2]
