Ο Νομικός Σύμβουλος της Ένωσης επικοινώνησε με τις αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες και δήλωσε διαθεσιμότητα για μεταγενέστερη συνεδρίαση ή για κατάθεση υπομνήματος επί του νομοσχεδίου του υπουργείου Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών.[3]
Η Ένωση απορρίπτει τις αιτιάσεις περί απροθυμίας παρουσίας ή προσβλητικής συμπεριφοράς απέναντι στο Κοινοβούλιο.[2]
