An Ifop Institute poll commissioned by the broadcaster LCI shows that in France's presidential election a runoff between Marine Le Pen and Jean-Luc Mélenchon on 2 May 2027 appears extremely likely.[1][2]
According to the poll, Le Pen will come first in the first round, on 18 April 2027, with about 36%.[3]
