Οι πρακτικές αφορούν τον μηχανισμό προεπιλεγμένης κατάταξης, το Πρόγραμμα Προτεινόμενων Καταλυμάτων, το Πρόγραμμα Προτεινόμενα Plus και το εκπτωτικό πρόγραμμα Booking Sponsored Benefit.[1]
Σύμφωνα με την Εισήγηση, οι δεσμεύσεις που πρότεινε η Booking κρίνονται ικανές να αποκαταστήσουν τις συνθήκες αποτελεσματικού ανταγωνισμού.[2]
