What is happening
What the sources report
AEK filed on the morning of Monday (2/11) a statement supporting the prosecution against persons being prosecuted for match-fixing through bribery and corruption, and against any other responsible party.[1]
Makis Angelopoulos appeared in person at the Evelpidon courts with the legal team of KAE, before the Regular Investigating Magistrate of the 9th Division.[2]
The move came after what has been made public and is also mentioned in the club's matches against Prometheus, and KAE reserves its right to claim compensation for any moral and material damage it has suffered.[1]
KAE states that it filed a detailed memorandum setting out its positions and re-submitted for examination the report-complaint it had already lodged in 2022.[1]
KAE Maroussi will follow the same course in the coming days, through lawyer Michalis Dimitrakopoulos.[3]
