Σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία της έρευνας, το κύκλωμα αναζητούσε άτομα με σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας, κυρίως έξω από το Θεαγένειο Νοσοκομείο στη Θεσσαλονίκη και το Νοσοκομείο «Άγιος Σάββας» στην Αθήνα.[2]
