Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis described the Turkish-Libyan memorandum as "null", "illegal" and "absurd" during his participation in the IISS Manama Dialogue 2026 in Bahrain on Friday afternoon.[1]
He took part via video conference in a discussion with the head of the International Institute for Strategic Studies, Bastian Giegerich.[2]
